Seriously, just stay away from these folks! Total scammers. I bought a bed about a month back, and it arrived with missing parts. They sent me the part, but I had to install it myself. Then they sent someone to do the job, but the bed was still all wonky, and the legs kept coming off. The guys who came to fix it said they sent the wrong screws, which is why it was falling apart. After two attempts to fix it, the bed is still slanted, and the legs are still a mess. If you're gonna shell out that kind of cash for a bed, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. These Instagram and Facebook companies are not worth your time. They’re ignoring my messages now, and I’ve got video and photos showing how the legs keep falling out. Your engineer even admitted to sending the wrong screws! You guys are just a bunch of scammers. I returned the first headboard and still haven’t seen a refund or anything. Just a pack of liars.
